One night she meditated
A tingling is noticeable. At first you feel the blood pumping in your fingertips. Heat spreads through out the body. This energy, this attraction moves every single nerve of your brain and suddenly you feel the life inside you.
Seeing and perceiving the soul behind your eyes suddenly opens up an unknown warm territory of love. The connection to another soul makes you question what might be hiding behind your own. If you can share your energy with someone, how much energy is there in you? The more you get to know yourself as a soul and God of the Self, the more worthwhile every tiny moment becomes. Suddenly, there's more than just the human body in front of you. You're standing in a field full of colorful and bright flowers just waiting to grow, multiply and finally die again. But with each flower that falls to the ground by the storm, a new one grows out of it. Spiritual growth and enlightenment helps you realize that there is a purpose behind every situation. That you're the purpose. That you are life and it's up to you to really live it.
Being aware of its divinity makes you love every moment and every person. Love is more than a feeling. Love is you, as you discover it day by day and reach beyond. You attract love, because there it can multiply. Everyone seems to be a part of you, no matter how alien. Love is like the water in the fall and the sun in the passage. Both driven by a higher power.
This is what meditation feels like. It opens my eyes, which have become tired and flabby by the every day systematic life of this time. It wakes me up, shakes me and gives me the energy I need to move on. Even if the path is so steep, meditation literally lets you float.
Imagine that everyone meditates regularly as taking showers, life on this earth would be more harmonious and loving. Every person is aware of their own energies and attractions and suddenly only spread love, where is there still room for greed and hatred? Meditation is a mystical riddle that anyone can solve with their own weapons. There is no right or wrong, too less or too much. The focus is on you and your breath. The thoughts wander around and the room seems completely empty. In a sea of people, you find most of life not around you, but inside you.
